The J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference is a big event every January in San Francisco, with an estimated attendance of 8000 people.

California Life Sciences (CLS) is California’s leading advocacy organization for the Life Sciences. I first learned about CLS last year when I attended an Innovation Showcase event on the Berkeley campus, where many startups had the opportunity to pitch their companies to investors.

So why was SankerIP at an event for the Life Sciences? The link is AI. Innovation in the Life Sciences is now using a lot of AI, and that is area of expertise because of my experience as a mathematician, a software engineer, and a top AI attorney.

SankerIP is a proud sponsor of CLS, and I want to thank the folks at CLS for holding this reception. In the photo, I am joined by four members of the CLS team: Sepeedeh Moin, John Parviainen, Emily Morgan, and Mike Guerra. Thank you!
